Practice has been civil in nature with emphasis in real estate (land issues, contracts, closings), probate (wills, probate of estates, heirship, elder law, guardianship and family settlements) and general business (general business issues, entity formation - corporation, LLC and partnership and collections). I am currently an approved attorney for Lawyers American Title and Commonwealth Title. I operated a fee attorney office for Ticor Title Insurance Company from January, 1985 to April, 1991 when they ceased operations in Tarrant County.
